Anyone else experiencing this?
For the DIRECTV App, I can only sign in online on my computer. I use the same log in credentials for the Iphone mobile app and receive the following error messages:
"Error- Account is Not Active" and "Error- Partner Authentication Token has been revoked"
I am a new customer as of June 2015 and I've tried EVERYTHING with customer service and they cannot resolve
the issue and I am extremely frustrated.. .I know that my username and password are correct as I have no problem logging into directv.com, my app is up to date as I un-installed and re-installed, and that my iphone's software is up to date.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
