Is anyone else having an issue with this?
For the DIRECTV App, I can only sign in online on my computer. When I try logging into my mobile app I get always get an error saying "Account Not Active" and I once got "Partner Authetication Token has been revoked".. I can't login to the mobile account. I'm a new customer as of 8/8. I've tried EVERYTHING with customer/technical services. They cannot resolve the issue and I am extremely frustrated. They've escalated all of my issues at least half a dozen times at this point.
For HBO Go, I can only log in to my account on a Windows computer. I can't log in through my MacBook Pro or the mobile app. When I try to, it will say incorrect email and password combo...
Am I just gonna need to be patient while they fix the issue or is there something I can do?
P.S. -- I have cleared cookies, cache, reinstalled all apps multiple times, rebooted phone/iphone/MacBook..
