Since I had home service installed last week I have been unable to login to the DirecTV app on my iPad or access third party apps (HBO, ESPN, etc). At first I received an "incorrect email and password combination" error message in the DirecTV app. Now I'm receiving a message that says "error: account is not active." The third party apps give me similar error messages. Repeated calls to customer service have been frustrating and failed to yield any results. Please advise.
