I keep getting invalid username/password message when trying to login to watch ANYTHING. I can login to access my account balance so i KNOW the username and password is correct. after chatting online and talking with a tech and multiple times of resetting my password, unistalling and installing and it still will not let me login. The tech support finally just gave up and passed me on to someone else now telling me that someone else will call me about the issue, he even asked me why I wanted to sign in anyways. WELL DIRECT TV you should not advertise for something that you DO NOT OFFER!!. Don;t tell people they can watch online and phone or whatever device they have if you they can't that's false advertising and from all the post I've seen you have a lot of unsatisfied customers. SO FRUSTRATED!!!!
